Location: Executive Suites 24800 IH-45 N Suite.140 Spring, TX 77386 Booking: When booking an appointment a card is required to stay on file, you will not be charged, this is only used to hold your appointment time Please read appointment cancellation details below, as the card on file will be used per policy Late/Cancellation/No-Show Fees: All clients have a 10 minutes grace period, if you’re more than 10 minutes late there will be a $10 late fee. If you’re 15+ minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of that service. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of service. Cancellations before 24 hours will not be charged any fees. Same day cancellation will be charged 100% of service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service that was booked to card on file. Payments accepted: Cash or Card When using card you will be charged a 2.5% transaction fee. When paying with cash please bring exact amount. 48 hour free fix: I offer a 48 hour free fix period. Meaning if you are having any concerns with your lashes (excessive fall out, allergy, or just unhappy with your lashes) you have 48 hours after your appointment to let me know of your concerns, we can get you in asap for a free removal or fix. No Refunds Refills: You must have at least 40% extensions still intact to be considered a refill. Less than 40% you will be charged as a full set. Foreign fills/removal: I will work over another artists lashes, lashes have to be isolated properly for me to attempt a fill. Cancellation Policy
Late/Cancellation/No-Show Fees:
All clients have a 10 minutes grace period, if you’re more than 10 minutes late there will be a $10 late fee.
If you’re 15+ minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 40% of that service.
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of service. Cancellations before 24 hour mark will not be charged any fees.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service that was booked.
